
We are looking for a motivated and professional Office Administrator Business Support Executive to join our team in Muscat. nnKey Responsibilities:nn- Manage and update the company's social media platforms. n- Coordinate office administration and daily business operations. n- Handle external duties, including visits to banks, government offices, Sanad offices, and other authorities. n- Attend customer meetings and provide administrative support. n- Prepare and organize company documents, applications, and correspondence. n- Follow up on company-related transactions and client requests. nnRequirements:nn- Fluent in English and Farsi (spoken and written). n- Arabic language is preferred. n- Good communication and interpersonal skills. n- Familiarity with social media management. n- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. n- Valid Oman driving license is an advantage. n- Previous experience in office administration or customer service is preferred. nnHow to Apply:nnInterested candidates are invited to send their CV via WhatsApp
