
We are a growing woven ladieswear manufacturing company based in Tetouan seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions within our factory. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment and onboarding of factory and office staff - Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records - Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws and company policies - Support payroll preparation and employee relations - Develop training and performance management programs - Handle disciplinary matters and workplace conflict resolution Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a garment, textile, or manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Fluent in French and Arabic; English is an advantage We Offer: - Competitive salary - Long-term career opportunity - Professional working environment To apply, please submit your CV and cover letter.
