Hiring Oriental Chef (Arabic cuisine) for a luxury hotel in Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a diverse menu featuring authentic Oriental dishes.
• Prepare high-quality meals with attention to detail and presentation.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff.
• Stay updated with culinary trends and continuously innovate our menu.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oriental Chef or in a similar role.
• Expertise in a variety of Oriental cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Salary: Basic AED 12,000 PM plus accommodation , single status
