Our main customers include coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and supermarkets. nnJob Description:n- Travel within assigned sales territory to meet prospects and customers. n- Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with clients. n- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. n- Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer accounts. n- Educate customers on product benefits and usage. n- Promote and sell company products within the designated territory. n- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs. n- Coordinate with the marketing team to support brand-building activities. nnDuties & Responsibilities:n- Assist walk-in customers with queries and provide effective solutions. n- Ask relevant questions, offer product information, and record customer orders. n- Follow up on customer orders and ensure high satisfaction. n- Stay updated on inventory, product features, and availability. n- Communicate company policies and procedures clearly to customers. n- Report any potential risks or concerns to the manager proactively. nnQualifications & Experience:n- 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in same Industry or FMCG. n- Fluent in English, Arabic & HindiUrdu is Mandatory. n- Valid Oman driving license is mandatory. n- Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach. n- Results-driven and able to work independently or in a team. n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. n- ONLY KERALA GUY AVAILABLE IN OMAN NEED TO APPLY BY WHATSAPP. nnSalary & Benefits:n- Basic Salary: 250 – 600 OMR per month based on Interview. n- Incentives based on sales performancen- Company provides Visa, shared accommodation, car, petrol, and mobile phonennIncentive Structure:nSales Value 10,000 – 15,000 OMR : 1.00%nSales Value 15,000 – 20,000 OMR : 1.50%nSales Value 20,000 – 30,000 OMR : 2.00%nSales Value 30,000 – 40,000 OMR : 3.00%
