The role involves direct interaction with customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring excellent service while achieving sales targets. n________________________________________n Job Responsibilitiesn•tTravel within assigned sales territory to meet prospects and customers. n•tConduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings. n•tBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers. n•tMaintain records of sales leads and customer accounts. n•tEducate customers on product benefits and applications. n•tSell company products to customers in line with sales targets. n•tMonitor competitors, new products, and market conditions. n•tCoordinate with the marketing department to strengthen brand presence. n________________________________________n Duties & Customer Servicen•tAssist customers with queries and provide effective resolutions. n•tProvide product details, list down orders, and ensure excellent service. n•tFollow up on orders, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. n•tKeep updated with inventory and product functionality. n•tCommunicate relevant company procedures and policies to customers. n•tReport any potential risks or harmful conditions to management. n________________________________________n Qualifications & Experiencen•t2–5 years’ experience in outdoor sales (FMCGDisposable goods preferred). n•tStrong problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach. n•tResults-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team. n•tExcellent verbal and written communication skills. n•tMust hold a valid Oman driver’s license. n________________________________________n Salary & Benefitsn•tBasic Salary: OMR 200 – 300 per month. n•tCommission: 1% on sales target. n•tAdditional incentives based on performance. n•tCompany-provided accommodation. nn*Compulsory Languages : ENGLISH, HINDIURDU & ARABIC. *
