Job Responsibilities: Prospect and identify potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. Present properties to clients and negotiate sales or rental agreements. Guide clients in making informed decisions about real estate transactions. Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property values, and relevant data. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Meet monthly sales targets and provide progress reports to the team leader.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property trends. RERA certification (preferred). Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Salary: Basic salary + commission (based on experience).
