Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PU Leather Stitching Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with PU leather materials and a strong background in stitching and sewing operations. The PU Leather Stitching Operator will be responsible for operating sewing machines, ensuring high-quality stitching, and maintaining production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
o Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch PU leather materials according to design specifications and production requirements.
o Perform straight stitching, decorative stitching, and other specialized stitching techniques as required.
o Inspect stitching quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and consistency.
o Prepare and handle PU leather materials, including cutting, aligning, and positioning them for stitching.
o Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
o Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the stitching process.
o Identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies in stitching or materials.
o Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and address any production challenges.
Preferred Attributes:
Minimum 3 years of experience in PU Leather setting.
Familiarity with different types of PU leather and their specific stitching requirements.
