AWG Properties LLC is looking for a real estate agent in which daily duties include marketing/listing property, working directly with homeowners/developers and buyers, and helping various parties with paperwork. You are a professional who assist clients in buying, selling and renting properties. You will be tasked with growing our customer by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative:
•Answer phone calls and emails
•Schedule appointments and showings
•Update property listings
•Draft and deliver documents
Research:
•Perform real estate market analysis
•Stay current with real estate markets, trends and best practices
•Search open listings to find properties
•Identify which assets are a property’s top selling points for that neighborhood
•Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
•Determine client’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
•Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
•Pinpoint the best places to invest money in improvements
Marketing:
•Create and distribute promotional material
•Manage online and social media presence
•Network with potential clients and local business
Requirement and skills
•Proven working experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or Real Estate Salesperson or sales person in any services or industry.
•Ability to work independently combines with excellent interpersonal skills
•Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
•Pleasant and trustworthy
•MS office familiarity
•Posses a valid driver’s license will be a plus point.
•Good time management and great interpersonal skills
•Detail-oriented
•Must speak English. Additional language is an advantage especially those who can speak Russian, Chinese and Arabic.
