A reputed group of companies needs experienced recruiting staff for hiring in the construction, property, real estate, transportation, and garage industries. Responsibilities:
•tPosting job ads, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates for management.
•tCoordinate with different departments within the group and evaluate requirements for staff and arranging.
•tConducting online interviews if required to hire candidates from other countries. Job Qualification:
•tProactively source candidates through databases, networking, social media, and referrals.
•tCandidates must have UAE experience in hiring white-collar and blue-collar staff.
•tBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•tProven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
•tFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
•tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
•tAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•tStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•tProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
