Responsibilities:rn- Utilize CAD/CAM software to build-up detailed 2 D and 3 D models for woodworking projects.rn- Dissect u0026 translate 2 D CAD designs into machinable parts using CAM software.rn- Optimize milling toolpaths for efficiency, ensuring high-quality cuts and minimal waste.rn- Set up u0026 operate a 4-axis CNC machining center u0026 all related tooling.rn- Overseen daily u0026 scheduled maintenance requirements of the CNC machine.rn- Conduct quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet precise specifications.rn- Troubleshoot any issues and coordinate with technicians for machine maintenance.rnQualifications:rn- Experience as a CAD/CAM Operator in a woodworking manufacturing environment with CNC machining center operations.rn- In-depth knowledge of woodworking/joinery manufacturing methods. Should be capable of generating cutting lists.rn- Needs to be proficient with full 4-axis interpolation u0026 use of CNC aggregates.rn- Proven experience in programming and operating.
