Qualifications:n- Experience as a CADu002 FCAM Operator in a woodworking manufacturing environment with CNC machining center operations. n- In-depth knowledge of woodworkingu002 Fjoinery manufacturing methods. Should be capable of generating cutting lists. n- Knowledge of Lamello connectors & their CNC applications is preferred. n- Needs to be proficient with full 4-axis interpolation & use of CNC aggregates. n- Proven experience in programming and operating. n- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. nnResponsibilities:n- Utilize CADu002 FCAM software to build-up detailed 2 D and 3 D models for woodworking projects. n- Dissect & translate 2 D CAD designs into machinable parts using CAM software. n- Optimize milling toolpaths for efficiency, ensuring high-quality cuts and minimal waste. n- Set up & operate a 4-axis CNC machining center & all related tooling. n- Overseen daily & scheduled maintenance requirements of the CNC machine. n- Conduct quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet precise specifications. n- Troubleshoot any issues and coordinate with technicians for machine maintenance.
