
The Sales Executive – Tea & Coffee will be responsible for driving sales, market expansion, and brand visibility for tea and coffee products across retail, wholesale, and HORECA channels in Oman. The role requires strong experience in tea and coffee sales, customer relationship management, and market development within the FMCG beverage sector. nnnnKey Responsibilitiesnn1. Sales Development & Target Achievementnn* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for tea and coffee product categories. n* Expand market coverage and increase product distribution across assigned territories. n* Promote and sell tea and coffee product lines to retail, wholesale, and HORECA customers. n* Execute sales plans, promotions, and product launch activities. nn2. Business Developmentnn* Identify and onboard new customers within supermarkets, groceries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and wholesalers. n* Develop business opportunities for premium and specialty tea and coffee products. n* Build strong relationships with key accounts and beverage buyers. nn3. Merchandising & Brand Visibilitynn* Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising standards in all outlets. n* Monitor shelf displays, pricing, promotional materials, and stock rotation. n* Support in-store activations, sampling campaigns, and promotional events. nn4. Customer Relationship Managementnn* Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers and procurement teams. n* Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups. n* Address customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams. n* Negotiate pricing, promotions, and display agreements where applicable. nn5. Order Management & Collectionsnn* Generate orders and coordinate timely product deliveries. n* Monitor customer outstanding balances and support collection activities. n* Ensure adherence to company credit and payment policies. nn6. Market Intelligence & Reportingnn* Monitor competitor activities, pricing structures, and new teacoffee market trends. n* Submit daily sales reports, route plans, and market feedback to management. n* Provide sales forecasts and customer insights to support business growth. nn7.
