Key Responsibilities:n•tIdentify and target potential customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors. n•tGenerate leads, conduct site visits, and build strong relationships with clients including builders, contractors, architects, and consultants. n•tPresent and explain productsservices, providing technical support where necessary. n•tPrepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients. n•tNegotiate terms of sales and close deals to meetexceed sales targets. n•tMonitor ongoing construction projects and track market trends. n•tCoordinate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and service. n•tMaintain records of customer interactions, sales data, and follow-ups in the CRM system. n•tAttend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as requirednnRequired Qualifications and Skills:n•tBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field (preferred). n•t1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Manpower Services. n•tStrong understanding of Manpower Supply in MEP Industry. n•tExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. n•tAbility to work independently and travel frequently for client meetings and site visits. n•tProficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools. n•tExisting client network in the construction industry. n•tKnowledge of local tendering and government procurement processes (if applicable). n•tSelf-motivated with a target-driven mindset. n•tOman Driving License
