The role involves handling contractors, consultants, and developers, ensuring consistent revenue generation and market expansion. nn---nn## **Key Responsibilities**nn### **1. Sales & Revenue Generation**nn* Achieve monthly and annual sales targetsn* Generate new business opportunities in construction projects (villa, commercial, industrial)n* Prepare and follow up on quotations to convert leads into ordersn* Monitor market pricing and competitor activitiesnn---nn### **2. Business Development**nn* Identify and secure new clients including contractors, consultants, and developersn* Register the company with major consultants and project ownersn* Explore bulk supply agreements and long-term contractsn* Expand sales of new and existing product linesnn---nn### **3. Client Relationship Management**nn* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clientsn* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat businessn* Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutionsn* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment termsnn---nn### **4. Sales Planning & Strategy**nn* Develop and implement effective sales strategiesn* Plan territory coverage and customer visitsn* Analyze sales performance and market trendsn* Recommend pricing strategies based on demand and competitionnn---nn### **5. Team Management**nn* Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales teamn* Set sales targets and monitor performancen* Provide product knowledge and sales trainingn* Conduct regular performance reviewsnn---nn### **6. Coordination & Operations**nn* Coordinate with procurement for material availabilityn* Work with logistics to ensure timely deliveryn* Liaise with finance for credit approvals and payment trackingn* Ensure smooth order processing from enquiry to deliverynn---nn### **7. Reporting & Documentation**nn* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysisn* Maintain accurate customer and sales records (CRM)n* Track conversion rates and pipeline statusnn---nn### **8. Credit Control & Collections**nn* Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding paymentsn* Ensure timely collection and minimize bad debtsn* Follow company credit policies and proceduresnn---nn### **9.
