Our culture is built on intellectual curiosity, relentless testing, and a commitment to being the best in the game. nnThe Mission:nAs our Senior Media Buyer, you will be the architect of paid media strategy for a portfolio of our most valued clients. You will go beyond management to mastermind campaigns that directly impact our clients' bottom line. This is a hands-on-keyboard, strategic leadership role where your decisions will be backed by a robust budget and a mandate to innovate. nnWhat You'll Do:nn· Strategize & Own: Develop, execute, and own the overarching paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. n· Deep-Dive Analytics: Move beyond surface-level metrics. Analyze customer lifetime value (LTV), attribution modeling, and multi-touch journeys to optimize for true profitability. n· Budget Mastery: Manage significant monthly ad spend with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and overall ROI. n· Test & Scale: Lead our culture of experimentation with AB tests on creatives, audiences, bids, and landing pages to find the next breakthrough. n· Client Partnership: Act as a trusted media expert in client meetings, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. n· Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior team members and collaborate with our in-house creative and data science teams to build holistic campaigns. nnThe Ideal Candidate (You) Has:nn· A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in media buying and strategy, preferably in an agency setting. n· Demonstrable expertise in managing large-scale budgets (six-figures monthly) across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Business Suite. n· Required: Deep certification and platform proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint. n· A proven track record of building campaigns from the ground up that have directly driven revenue, leads, or other critical business outcomes. n· Advanced skills in analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4 is a must) and a comfort with data analysis in ExcelSheets.
