Showroom manager responsibilities:n•tManage all day-to-day showroom operations independently. n•tMaintain updated product knowledge and ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. n•tSupervise and support the assigned Sales Consultant to achieve sales targets and provide interior design assistance. n•tAttend and convert walk-in customer inquiries into confirmed sales. n•tOversee showroom display updates, inventory tagging, and merchandise arrangements. n•tHandle showroom cash, product inventory, and ensure proper customer documentation. n•tCoordinate directly with the Operations Department for daily matters, issues, and approvals. n•tWork closely with the warehouseoperations team for timely deliveries, dispatches, and stock movement. n•tFollow up with customers for pending payments and coordinate confirmations with the Accounts Department. n•tUse the assigned software system to enter sales, print receipts, and maintain customer data. n•tSubmit daily activity reports and cash book via email to the Operations Department and Management. n•tReport any showroom needs, customer issues, or support requirements to the Operations Department promptly. n•tSupport corporate sales and design teams when needed for specific showroom-based projects or coordination. n•tConduct internal showroom audits and ensure SOPs and company standards are consistently followed. nSend me CV: *7*9*9*8*4*5*4*1***
