**Position Title: Bookkeeping Services Specialist**rnrn**Location:** Amman, Saudi Arabiarnrn**Position Overview:**rnWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Bookkeeping Services Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately maintaining financial records and performing various bookkeeping tasks for our clients.rnrn**Responsibilities:**rnrn1. **Bookkeeping:**rn - Record day-to-day financial transactions using ODOO accounting software.rn - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.rn - Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.rn - Prepare and issue invoices to clients.rn - Process payroll and maintain payroll records.rnrn2. **Financial Reporting:**rn - Generate and analyze financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.rn - Provide regular financial reports to clients to help them understand their financial position.rnrn3. **Client Communication:**rn - Communicate regularly with clients to gather financial information and address any questions or concerns.rn - Offer guidance and support to clients on financial matters, including budgeting and forecasting.rnrn4. **Compliance:**rn - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia.rn - Assist with tax preparation and filing processes, adhering to Saudi regulations.rnrn**Qualifications:**rnrn- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.rn- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.rn- Proficiency in ODOO accounting software.rn- Strong understanding of IFRS accounting principles and practices.rn- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.rn- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.rn- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.rn- Familiarity with Saudi regulations and tax laws is preferred.rn- Excellent proficiency in English.rnrn**How to Apply:**rnSend your resume to [email protected].
