
As a Team Leader for the Product Picking team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate picking of products for customer orders. You will lead a team of product pickers, ensuring that they work collaboratively to meet daily targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. nnnKey Responsibilities:nn- Supervise and motivate a team of product pickers to achieve daily picking targets. n- Assign tasks and monitor productivity to ensure efficient workflow. n- Train new team members on picking procedures and safety protocols. n- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. n- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team. n- Maintain inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies to management. n- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the picking process. n- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times. nnRequirements:nn- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or retail environment. n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. n- Strong organizational and time management abilities. n- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. n- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus. n- High school diploma or equivalent.
