Key Responsibilities:
•tMake inbound and outbound calls to persuade customers to purchase our products.
•tCross-sell and up-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
•tAssist with customer inquiries and maintain accurate call records.
•tProcess customer orders efficiently.
•tUtilize sales scripts to drive sales and handle rejections.
•tMeet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
•tLiaise with departments to resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications:
•tMust be a national of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, or Nepal.
•tPrevious tele sales experience is a plus; freshers are welcome.
•tExcellent communication and sales skills.
•tSelf-motivated and confident in a high-pressure environment.
