We, at The Square Bistro Restaurant, is a casual fine dining restaurant for international cuisines (Italian, French, Japanese, and Korean) at Shining Towers, the landmark building in Khalidiyah near Corniche Road in Abu Dhabi.
Urgently looking for the following positions.
Line Cook: 2 Minimum 7 years experience with Continental and/or Italian cuisine. Minimum 7 years experience with Korean and/or Asian cuisine (Thai, Chinese, Japanese)
* An experience in the Butcher Shop and Grill section would be an advantage.
Waiter or Waitress: 1 English speaking Waiter/Waitress with a minimum of 5 years experience including 3 years in the UAE. A recognized barista qualification would be an advantage.
