We are currently looking for a “Quality Control Manager” to join our team in Irbid :
Key Responsibilities:
•Implement and manage company's Quality Control Program, ensuring all activities comply with relevant standards.
•Oversee and ensure that the daily production output meets contractual requirements and quality specifications.
•Conduct periodic inspections during the day, coordinate testing and verification processes to ensure adherence to standards.
•Prepare and submit Daily QC Reports to document quality issues, tests, and inspections.
•Review and approve material quality and specifications to ensure compliance with standards.
•Coordinate and supervise third-party testing and inspections to validate materials and workmanship.
•Work closely with the customers, and related teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
•Monitor suppliers' performance and ensure all deliverables meet company’s quality expectations.
•Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality control processes.
•Prepare and lead Quality Control meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on product quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering.
•Minimum 7 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance in the plastic or garment industries.
•Certification as a Quality Control Manager is preferred.
•Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
•Ability to work and communicate effectively with international teams, representatives and local suppliers.
•Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
