Position: Social Media and E-Commerce Specialist Job Summary We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media and E-Commerce Specialist to manage our online presence on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant platforms while enhancing our e-commerce activities. The ideal candidate should hold an Equal Mercy Certificate and have expertise in digital marketing, page sponsorships, and e-commerce management to drive brand growth and online sales. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and online sales. 2. Manage and grow Meta (Facebook & Instagram) pages and other relevant social platforms. 3. Create, schedule, and post engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and ads. 4. Run and optimize sponsored campaigns to achieve marketing goals, such as increasing website traffic or conversions. 5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and provide actionable insights. 6. Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. E-Commerce Management 1. Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and availability. 2. Optimize product pages with compelling descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content. 3. Plan and execute e-commerce promotional campaigns, such as discounts, flash sales, and seasonal offers. 4. Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates) and provide insights to improve user experience and sales. 5. Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Qualifications 1. Equal Meta Certificate or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, or a related field. 2. Proven experience managing Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and e-commerce websites. 3. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including page sponsorships and paid advertising. 4. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar). 5. Strong understanding of CEO ,SEO, analytics tools, and conversion optimization. 6. Creative content creation skills, with a good eye for visuals and storytelling. 7. Excellent communication, customer engagement, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with other social platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube. • Basic graphic design or video editing skills. • Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
