مطلوب أخصائية تجميل لدى Al Tayer Insignia في دبي Beauty Specialist About the job Job Purpose • To deliver excellent customer service through: Identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products; building relationships with key customers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty Job Requirements Education/Certification and Continued Education • Training in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy & Make-up Years of Experience • 1 to 2 years retail sales or customer service experience in the beauty industry Essential Roles and Responsibilities Functional Roles and Responsibilities • Welcome customers into the store; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints.
