Hydraulic Technician About the job Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic pumps and associated components, including valves, motors, cylinders, and hoses.
Disassemble, clean, and inspect hydraulic pumps to determine the extent of damage or wear.
Replace or repair faulty parts using appropriate tools and equipment.
Test and calibrate hydraulic pumps to ensure they meet performance standards.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Requirements: Proven experience as a Hydraulic Pump Repair Technician or similar role.
Thorough knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and associated components.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment when required.
