To analyze customer’s needs and expectations and offer suitable solutions. To keep customer satisfaction at highest level. Provide necessary and on time feed-back to relevant parties to better operations. Ensures all work is performed according to approved procedures, SOP’s and standards. To take commercial responsibility for assisgned customers by. Interacts with Pricing, Finance, Sales and other related cross function when required. Perform tasks as per International Road Freight Manager’s instructions Preparing shipments reports & publishing them to the customers as per their needs. To use company’s systems and digital tools effectively. To Create shipments on Transportation Management System (CargoWise) and following up all documentation process. To take P& L responsibility on file basis. Ensure accurate and on time billing to related parties. Performs cargo insurance requests in accordance with the company policy. Meet and exceed all KPI’s as directed by Road Freight Manager Bachelor Degree Minimum 3 Years’ Experience On International Road Freight Operations Good English skills, both written and spoken Good command of MS Office applications Strong communication, coordination and organization skills. Customer focused, excellent team player.
