A leading organization in the field of urban development and infrastructure planning and construction is
seeking a highly experienced and strategic Engineering Studies Managerto lead the planning, execution, and
oversight of engineering studies activities. This leadership role is key to ensuring projects align with long-term
urban planning and development goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Directand manage multidisciplinary engineering studies, encompassing feasibility analyses, conceptdevelopment,
and preliminary/detailed design phases.
* Lead and mentor the Engineering Studies and GIS divisions, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
» Formulate and implement departmental strategies that align with organizational goals and strategic vision.
٠ Engage with external consultancy firms to commission, supervise, and evaluate engineering studies.
٠ Oversee project lifecycle activities including planning, cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring
delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
*٠ Provide high-leveltechnical guidance and innovative solutions to address complex engineering challenges.
٠ Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance and control protocols in line with statutory regulations and
industry standards.
» Review, validate, and approve technical reports, geospatial analyses, and engineering documentation for
accuracy and compliance.
٠ Prepare and deliver comprehensivereports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
٠ Act as a key liaison in resolving project-rélated issues, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and alignment.
* Supervise the preparation and evaluation/of Terms of Reference ToRs for engineering and consultancy
engagements.
٠ Proactively identify potential project risks. and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard
timelines and budgets.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
» Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering from a recognized institution.
٠ Amaster’s degree or professional certification e.g?, PMP, PE is an asset.
* Minimum 18 years of progressive experience in engineering studies and project management within large-
scale infrastructure or urban development projects.
« Demonstrated capability in managing complex, multi-Stakeholder engineering initiatives with a focus on
quality, efficiency, and innovation.
* Comprehensive understanding of engineering methodologiessprojectlifecycle management, and regulatory
compliance frameworks.
» Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultane@usly, with strong time, resource, and budget
management skills.
Accountant Ref.2
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate
will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and
supporting financial reporting processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
» Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers.
٠ Record financial transactions in accounting software and post journal entries with proper documentation.
* Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and follow-up on overdue accounts.
٠ Process vendor invoices, verify expense reports, and ensure timely payments.
» Assist in month-end closing by preparing reports and journal entries to ensure accurate monthly financial records.
٠ Prepare and assist in the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
« Generate financial reports for management as required.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
* Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and responses.
* Stay up to date with current accounting regulations and best practices.
» Help maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
٠ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
» Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
