The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources management and a strong ability to design and implement effective policies, procedures, and systems that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities: – Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. – Design and manage salary scales and compensation structures. – Create and maintain organizational charts. – Foster positive employee relations and handle conflict resolution. – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. – Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualification: – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in an engineering company. – Strong knowledge of policy and procedure development. – Proven experience in designing salary structures and organizational charts. – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. – Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. – Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
