About the job HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will assist Executive Committee member in all the tasks related to office administration, in coordination with the other team members of the Maison. HOW WILL YOU EXPRERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Assisting In Managing schedules and agendas for Executive Committee members
Organizing trips, meetings, and conference calls
Preparing files and gathering all necessary information on a request basis
Maintaining the file and assisting in shipping gifts during special events for President’s guests Liaising with the local and international teams, Richemont teams, and external contacts for: Announcements/flow of information
Support International Executive Committee members visiting Dubai
Support President’s special guests Provide Support For Organizing Events Such As Team Building
Regional events
