We’re hiring Al Moasron Group is looking to hire a talented “Planning Engineer” to join our team. Qualifications and Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or related field. – 35 years of experience in production planning or related industrial fields. – Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and project management tools. – Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and production planning techniques. – Experience in preparing timelines, budgets, and optimizing production processes. – Strong analytical skills in resource management and prioritization. – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with flexibility and efficiency in work. – Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and within a team, with strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: – Develop and implement production plans to achieve project timelines and output targets. – Prepare production schedules using specialized software and monitor their execution. – Coordinate production processes to ensure optimal resource utilization and efficiency. – Monitor production performance and analyze data to improve processes. – Estimate timeframes and costs for production operations. – Collaborate with department managers, supervisors, and engineers to ensure smooth operations. – Manage and organize material flow and monitor inventory to ensure uninterrupted production. – Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout all production stages.
