About the job About The Role isha Architects is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, managing, and executing a variety of Architectural Design projects in Jordan , Iraq , Qatar , UAE & Saudi Arabia . Responsibilities: – Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules. – Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define and achieve project goals and objectives. – Monitor project progress closely, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. – Coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors to streamline project execution. – Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. – Prepare detailed project reports and documentation to track progress and outcomes. Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering . – Proven experience as a BIM Architect / coordinator within the consultation industry. BIM Level 3
Advanced experince up to LOD 400 , 500
Proficiency in Revit , Navisworks , dynamo , synchro & BIM 360 . – Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations used in the MENA region .
