CRIF Jordan is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Support Officer/Front Office Specialist to join our dynamic team! If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and have a strong background in customer support, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
– Assist consumers who visit CRIF Jordan’s premises or use our online channels in
requesting their credit reports or disputing any information within their credit
reports.
– Address general inquiries received via telephone or other approved communication
channels.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction at all
times.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and call center.
– Strong understanding of office administration.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office programs.
