*8:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST / 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)

Timings may vary during the daylight shift. Location: Remote – India. Job Summary: We are seeking an Admin Support Specialist to join our Brokerage Operations team at Real. Admin Support Specialists play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of our real estate brokerage. This position provides comprehensive administrative assistance to real estate agents, brokers, and team members, ensuring the smooth execution of property listings, transactions, and financial operations. The role involves meticulous data management, accurate billing processes, and effective transaction coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and be capable of collaborating within a dynamic team environment to enhance backend processes and overall team success. Duties/Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to Real employees and brokers..
Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.
Regularly audit and verify data to ensure its accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including real employees and brokers, to ensure efficient operations and a cohesive work environment. Collaborate on projects, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Communication and Correspondence: Manage communication channels such as emails, and other forms of correspondence. Respond to inquiries, and provide information to brokers and internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in backend processes and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Streamline administrative tasks and implement automation tools where applicable.
AD HOC Tasks: Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned to support the operations department Required Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in using CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience: 2+ years experience in administrative or backend roles.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
Experience in the US / Canada real estate operations or brokerage management is preferred, but not required. Must-Have: Ability to truly encompass our Company Core Values Work Hard. Be Kind
