About the job Location: Al Qastal Area – Airport Street, Amman Main Duties and Responsibilities Accurately input and manage data within the Warehouse Management System. Ensure all inventory information, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments, is entered correctly and promptly. Makes sure WMS is updated on time and accurately and as per the procedures. Conduct regular audits on daily, weekly, monthly basis to maintain data accuracy and integrity. Cooperates with direct manager to ensure that processes are followed. Provides necessary documentation for ex works and vouchers, returns products forms. Execute tasks efficiently to maintain a smooth workflow in the System. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and operational requirements. Identify and rectify data discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across systems. Skills :- Computer literate with competent skills in MS Office and other technical software Familiarity with various Warehouse Management Systems and other relevant software. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
