وظائف ادارية لدى بنك الخليج في الكويت Management Associate, Compensation and Benefits About the job Job Accountabilities JOB DESCRIPTION Reward Review Cycle: Assist in the administration of the annual reward review and promotion reviews in line with approved parameters and budget.
Job descriptions: Maintain an up-to-date library of JDs and conduct periodic reviews of JDs across the bank to ensure relevance. Create new JDs in line with business requirements and update existing JDs to reflect operational & structural changes.
Job Evaluation: Carry on the JE system and process by ensuring timely evaluation of all new / changed positions as well as creation of JE factors internal benchmark across the bank, Support education of JE principles for business heads / line management.
Job Analysis & Design: Ensure all jobs bank wide have been analyzed and sent to Job Evaluation panel to determine job grades across the organization.
Data Analysis: Drive comprehensive data analysis for any set objective and ensure effective results (e.g. allowance/benefits reviews, etc.)
Compensation Surveys: Assist in conducting compensation surveys to determine external market competitiveness, pay practices, pricing trends, and best practices in compensation benchmarking within local markets.
Communication: Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and other HR groups.
Reports: Prepare data for compensation and benefits analysis and check the quality of data. Clean reported data when and as required.
Pay Administration: Ensure current practices in terms of fixed pay, allowances and benefits are within policy and as per labor law. Generic Accountabilities Corporate Governance: Adhere to CBK regulations, Bank’s policies and procedures, and work standards.
