Compliance Support
About the job
Spinneys require the service of Compliance Support, withing the compliance team based in Dubai.
The primary role of the Compliance Support will be to assist with the organizations risk, and compliance aspect of business operations, and ensure that compliance audits are conducted from time to time, to make sure that tasks are aligned. Implementation of company policies, SOP and documentation management will be key, while monitoring the metric to help track compliance and performance.
The scope of this role will include UAE, Saudi and Oman
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with business document management protocol, especially with relation to updates, implementation and awareness throughout business partners,
Assist with ESG reports and other metric
Support with all compliance risk areas, assessments and monitoring plans
Develop and maintain internal compliance programs, SOP, policy and practices while introducing continuous reviews and updates for improvement.
Conduct compliance reviews and audits from time to time,
Review and implement compliance training programs for business partners,
Assist with regulatory inquires, and liaise with business partners
Manage compliance-related initiatives such as the implementation of new compliance systems, controls, portal design, and integration with related efforts
General administration and co-ordination of key actions within the department
Benefits and Perks:
Relevant Bachelors Degree in related field,
Workplace experience with at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in IMS/ QHSE / FSMS
Strong written and verbal communication skills,
Experience with training, audits product integrity and document management
Team player, with a problem-solving approach, and ability to work with various teams
Ability to multi-task
This position will be office bound, but will require frequent travel from time to time including inter-subsidiary travel (Saudi, Oman, UAE)
