Senior Customer Service Agent About the job Job Summary: We are looking for a Quality Auditor – Customer Agent to ensure that our customer service team delivers high-quality support across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service quality monitoring, auditing calls and chats, and coaching agents to improve performance. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and audit call recordings to assess customer interactions. • Review and evaluate chat quality for both in-house agents and vendor teams. • Ensure agents follow scripts, company guidelines, and best practices. • Identify errors, compliance issues, and areas for improvement. • Provide constructive feedback and coaching sessions to agents. • Generate reports on quality performance and highlight trends. • Collaborate with the training team to enhance customer service standards. • Work with support teams to ensure CRM and customer service tools function properly. Requirements: 13 years of experience in customer service, quality Auditor , or audit. Fluent in English, Arabic, and Kurdish (spoken and written). Familiarity with Freshdesk, Locobuzz, Verloop, and other CRM tools is a plus. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to provide clear feedback and coaching to agents. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
