Head Most (for HR services and recruitment) in Nasir City announces the availability of the following job opportunitiy / Job Title: Account Manager Job Summary: Headmost is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of assigned clients and drive business growth in Nasr City. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Understand client needs and offer customized solutions. Develop account plans to drive revenue and profitability. Work closely with internal teams to meet client expectations. Monitor account performance and report key metrics. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Address and resolve client inquiries and issues effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
