Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a masterful problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: 1- Calendar & Schedule Management – Coordinate and manage complex calendars and schedules. – Organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time management. – Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively. 2- Communication & Correspondence – Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. 3-Travel Coordination 4- Meeting & Event Support – Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations. 5- Administrative Support – Maintain confidential files and records. – Process expense reports and manage budgeting for executive activities. 6- Personal Assistance – Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed. – Coordinate personal appointments and manage household-related matters.
