Job Opportunity: Customer Service Specialist Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English. Strong ability to work with modern systems and technologies related to customer service. Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling customer complaints and preparing related reports. At least 5 years of practical experience in managing complaints at care centers, both operationally and technically. Job Opportunity: Complaints Management Operations Manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred. Professional certifications such as COPC are highly desirable. Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations efficiently. Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure, track, and analyze performance indicators. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Experience in preparing and developing decision-support reports. Job Opportunity: Technical Complaints Management Operations Manager Requirements: ▪Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field, MBA preferred. ▪Minimum of 5 years of experience in call centers with a technical focus. ▪Strong leadership and team management capabilities. ▪Proficient in performance measurement, analysis, and reporting. ▪Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
