Responsibilities: – 2+ Total years of experience – Manage personnel activities and liaise with government authorities, including the labor office, social insurance, and medical insurance, while fostering strong relationships. – Create and maintain accurate personnel records and employee files. – Oversee the employee database system and ensure it is up-to-date. – Handle employee insurance processes, including delivering insurance checks, preparing Forms 1 and 2, and managing exit interviews and clearance procedures. – Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries. – Monitor probation periods and take necessary actions, such as termination, if required.
