With a keen eye on traveler needs, Iraq Duty Free operates shops in Baghdad International Airport, Basra International Airport, Sulaymaniyah International Airport & Downtown Duty-Free Shop, Role Description: Iraq Duty Free is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Specialist to join its team at Baghdad International Airport. If you have excellent communication skills and sales experience, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic and professional work environment. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting products.
Achieve sales targets and performance.
Maintain product display and store cleanliness.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals. Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in sales (preferably in brand sales)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Duty-Free retail operations is required.
Fluency in Arabic, with English proficiency preferred
