وظيفة محاسبة في عمان A company located in Amman, Moqabalen is hiring a highly experienced and motivated professional to lead our accounting department and contribute to our financial success. Key Responsibilities including, but not limited to: • Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. • Prepare and ensure timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets. • Develop and enforce internal financial policies, procedures, and controls. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. • Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team to achieve departmental and company goals. • Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making at the executive level. • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is preferred). • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting. • Strong knowledge of local tax laws, IFRS, and financial regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills. • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
