Deputy production manager
We’re looking for a (Deputy Production Manager) as per below qualifications, to join us.
Academic qualification: Industrial engineering or Nutrition and food processing or any related specialty.
Years of experience: At least 10 years of experience.
Training courses: ISO9001, ISO 22000, HACCP courses are preferred.
Roles and tasks:
Receive the weekly production plan from the Planning Department and prepare a production schedule that is consistent with the plan, the production capabilities of the machines, and the distribution of labor.
Supervising the production process and ensuring that the work is completed according to the production plan, and verifying this in the field periodically.
Coordination with the warehouse department to disburse raw materials according to the production plan and deliver the finished products to the warehouse department, in coordination with the quality control department.
Follow up on the training of the entire production team and determine the necessary foundations for developing the team and raising the level of performance.
Develop a plan to raise production efficiency, control compatibility rates, deal with challenges, and develop proposals to raise the efficiency of the production process in terms of labor and machines.
