Job Vacancy
(QC and OHS Manager)
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Processing
· Years of Experience: At least 15 years of experience
· Roles and responsibilities:
1. Developing the scope of food safety systems for the work site, and following up the application with other departments.
2. Develop strategies to improve quality and safety control procedures for food processing processes.
3. Accurately and continuously analyze data to identify weaknesses and work on constantly developing them.
4. Conducting a field assessment of emerging projects and determining public health and safety requirements and quality control that must be provided in the work environment.
5. Supervision and follow-up with the external audit rounds that aim to ensure the implementation of the quality system in the facility, to maintain approved food quality and safety certificates.
6. Participate with management in the formulation of quality and public safety standards, and provide suggestions that would develop quality and safety systems in the facility.
7. Managing the work of the employees of the department’s various departments, evaluating their performance and motivating them continuously.
8. Follow-up procedures for dealing with damaged foodstuffs and how to dispose of them properly.
9. Conduct inspection tours of all sections of the work site, and ensure the progress of work within the requirements of food safety systems.
10. Reviewing work reports that include all work performed and corrective actions taken, and ensuring that they are within the required range.
11. Follow up the specifications of raw materials in terms of food and public safety requirements.
12. Follow up the specifications of finished products and their conformity with food safety requirements and customer requirements, and contribute to the development of products and related systems.
13. Follow up on customer complaints related to food safety and related laboratory results, and ensure that the necessary corrective and preventive measures are taken.
14. Ensure that all departments implement food safety and public safety policies and work to develop work systems associated with them.
15. Work to develop food safety and public safety systems, raise their level, and maintain the achievement of internationally accredited certificates.
16. Manage work pressure in a way that prevents the occurrence of any risks or deviations from the various food safety systems.
17. Determine technical requirements for employees and ensure that all employees receive appropriate training to understand approved food safety systems. [email protected]
