Job description:
JOB PURPOSEResponsible of delivering the highest level of quality optional with in(RAMP. Cargo Facilities) ensuring the implantation of safety and security standards . Also responsible of having corrective action against any violation or distraction of operation , in order to build valuable customer relationship to meet SACC targets
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES(Include but not limited to)
Accountabilities:
Obtain tasks related to import and export air cargo by receiving weights, keep shipment.
Resolving customer complaints, pre-claim handing and claim support
Export flight preparations and correct document checks
Direct communication with Ground Handling
Supervise Labours in all tasks related to filtering and transporting shipments from Cargo building ti the aircraft .
Receive all shipments documents and comply the information along with the manifests for transport
Coordinate with other units of sales function and other bussnis units to verfy customer service standards
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Diploma
