Marketing Coordinator About the job Responsibilities Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor landscape.
Analyse and summarize.
Assist the Marketing Agency in developing and evaluating marketing strategies.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
Liase with local partners and platforms for certain campaigns.
Create, edit, and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding.
Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and updating as needed.
Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences effectively.
Communicate with regional office on digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with sales, and meeting & events teams to promote special packages and events.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team and other stakeholders.
Collect and analyse guest feedback and reviews for marketing insights.
Reply to guest comments on social media and certain online platforms.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to the hotel’s brand standards.
