Gather medical surgeries price details from doctors in the network.
Follow up with patients to ensure they have all the necessary information and reports in details, before undergoing any medical procedure.
Handle patient complaints and medical cases.
Keep accurate records of patient interactions and surgery bookings in an information sheet.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best patient experience.
Stay up-to-date on changes in the medical network and new doctors joining the network.
Provide online medical consultation to Tebcan patients.
Develop medical surgeries to information sheets.
