Key Responsibilities Client Management & Sales
t•tAssist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
t•tProvide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
t•tBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
t•tUse Bitrix24 CRM to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and monitor deal progress. Marketing & Networking
t•tGenerate leads through social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
t•tCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for properties.
t•tLeverage AI-driven tools to create personalized marketing materials and ads. Negotiation & Closing
t•tConduct property viewings and present properties in the best possible light.
t•tNegotiate contracts, prices, and terms on behalf of clients.
t•tEnsure smooth execution of deals from start to finish, coordinating with all stakeholders. Market Research & Reporting
t•tStay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
t•tProvide market analysis and reports to clients and management.
t•tUse AI tools to predict market trends and identify profitable opportunities. Key Skills & Requirements
t•tProven experience as a real estate agent or similar role in Dubai.
t•tStrong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
t•tProficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably Bitrix24.
t•tExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
t•tTech-savvy with experience using AI tools for marketing and operations.
t•tSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
t•tNumber of properties sold or rented monthly.
t•tGrowth in client database and retention rates.
t•tTimely and accurate updates on Bitrix24 CRM.
