This position is responsible for coordinating various aspects of airline operations to guarantee a safe and punctual travel experience for passengers. Key Responsibilities: Flight Coordination: -Perform Headset and Marshalling activities. -Provide and prepare load sheet for aircraft . -Monitor flight schedules, gate assignments, and aircraft turnarounds. -Communicate with pilots, flight crews, and ground staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals. Baggage Handling: Oversee the handling and tracking of passenger baggage. Ensure proper loading and unloading of luggage onto aircraft. Manage lost or mishandled baggage claims. Safety and Compliance: -Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. -Conduct security checks and screenings as required. -Report any safety or security issues to relevant authorities.
