Ensure strategic and financial objectives are met, maintaining robust budget control, reporting accuracy, and operational standards for properties and attractions. Provide operational guidance and technical support for projects managed by third parties to ensure alignment with Omran’s quality and performance standards. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of attractions and experiences, ensuring they meet OMRAN’s standards for visitor engagement, quality, and safety.
Coordinate with third-party operators on experience and attraction operations, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, financial targets, and visitor satisfaction metrics.
Support capital expenditures and experience development plans, ensuring they align with operational standards and visitor experience goals.
Facilitate regular performance review meetings with operators, addressing operational or financial challenges to improve attraction performance and visitor experiences.
Prepare comprehensive financial and operational reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements on income, visitor metrics, and operational effectiveness for each experience and attraction.
Provide insights and justifications for all financial and operational expenditures, including capital investments, marketing, and maintenance.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and operational reporting, meeting OMRAN’s standards and policies.
Conduct operational and financial analysis to forecast trends, evaluate profitability, and identify opportunities to enhance visitor experience and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement financial and operational plans for experiences and attractions, ensuring alignment with OMRAN’s strategic objectives.
Set strategic goals for both financial performance and operational excellence to
enhance the visitor experience and sustain profitability.
Promote innovation in financial management and operational practices, supporting creative solutions to maximize efficiency and visitor engagement.
Set tasks and targets for third-party operators and suppliers, evaluate performance.
Collaborate with and motivate asset management staff, providing counseling as needed. Education & Experience Certified management or engineering qualification.
6 years of experience, at least 23 years of experience in projects related role.
